Additional benefits of heat therapy include weight loss, skin rejuvenation, pain relief, faster healing, and stress reduction. Different than conventional saunas, infrared saunas use infrared wavelengths to heat the body rather than the air. This provides the benefits of sauna therapy at much lower temperatures. Infrared heat penetrates about three inches into the body and is not damaging to the skin.
Sauna sessions last for 30 minutes. Sessions are followed by a 15-minute cool-down in our private relaxation room and end with a shower.
